YOUR GUIDE TO EXCEPTIONAL CARE & SERVICE

  • We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or you failed to show for your scheduled appointment time, a $150 NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be charged to your credit card on file for aesthetic appointments. No refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding as we try to maintain our schedule and accommodate patients that need to be seen.

  • If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available. We try our best to accommodate everyone as much as possible.

  • Please note that we have a no refund policy for all services, packages and purchases. This includes partially used packages. Sessions used as part of a package are redeemed at full cost of the service, not the package price. No refunds will be issued for retail products. We have a strict no refund policy and do not guarantee any results or satisfaction with any and all treatments.

  • All payments are due in full at the time of service. All package payments are due in full at the time of the first treatment session. We accept cash, debit as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. For your convenience, we offer financing options with doFinance. We do not offer internal financing options. Unfortunately, we cannot grant ANY exceptions to this policy.

  • Shipping charge for all order under $150. All orders processed in 24-72 hours.

  • All of our staff have been professionally educated and are Registered Medical Professionals, Certified Laser and/or Skin Care Specialists. Additional training and mentoring is provided by Melissa, who is the founder of Canadian Beauty Boutique and has over 13 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic industry. Continuing education for staff, keeping up to date with equipment and techniques is standard practice at Canadian Beauty Boutique.

    Our promise is to offer a professional, friendly, and comfortable environment. We provide you knowledge to maintain skin health and strive for the highest quality of service. We will work with you to find the best course of action for your concerns and help you every step of the way.

  • Although we do our utmost to provide you the best services and pre and post treatment information, we realize that you may still have some concerns or questions after your treatment. You should receive a follow up email after your appointment, and we expect that you will contact us with any of your questions or concerns, as we are here to help. We will respond during business hours and possibly ask you to email a photo to better answer your question(s) or we can schedule a follow up appointment. If you do not receive a response within 24-48 hours, please give us a call at 647-874-8261 to ensure we have received your email.
